A Warm Welcome and Excellent Service
We arrived in Madonna di Campiglio hoping to explore the Brenta Dolomites. Luckily, Boutique Hotel Diana had just opened for the summer season. The gentleman at the front desk was nice and upgraded our room, providing us with hiking information and driving directions. The room itself was beautiful, with a large balcony offering fine views of the Dolomites. The staff were pretty good, accommodating our dietary preferences and leaving the spa open for us. The hotel's location, comfort, and really good service made our stay lovely. I highly recommend this hotel.

This hotel offers a prime location for ski enthusiasts as it is right in the center of town and close to the ski lifts. the rooms are spacious and well-equipped with beautiful views. Guests can enjoy exceptional service and delicious food during breakfast and dinner. the staff is professional, friendly, and always willing to help. Finally, the facilities are superb and the spa is a must-visit with an amazing view.
The hotel lacks a proper gym facility.

We spent Christmas at this hotel and had a great time. The rooms were comfortable and well-decorated, with modern amenities such as electronic locks. The location was ideal, close to the ski lifts and other attractions. The breakfast buffet was delicious and offered a good variety of food. The staff was friendly and helpful, providing recommendations for nearby restaurants.
We had a bit of trouble with the heating in our room, but the staff promptly fixed the issue. The prices were a bit higher than expected, but understandable for the high demand during the Christmas season.

I had such a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location was perfect, right in the heart of the action. It was so convenient being close to the city center and ski slopes. Plus, the view of the ski area from the hotel was absolutely breathtaking. The service was top-notch, with room service and housekeeping going above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable. I also loved the variety of amenities available, from the cozy terrace to the well-equipped spa and wellness center. It really enhanced my overall experience. Oh, and the welcome drink was a delightful touch!

The location of this hotel was perfect, just a short walk to the ski area, restaurants, and shops. The hotel facilities were clean, including the comfortable room and bathroom with great shower. The staff were friendly and were very good too make sure my stay was enjoyable. The breakfast had a variety of options and was delicious.
